Holden HX Station Wagon: Another Holden themed post to specifically to annoy Falcon lovers. The single exhaust on this 253 V8 wagon certainly raises an eyebrow. Yes, single pipes are very original and no doubt the cheaper option, I’d be happy with this. Love the sun visor also, why don’t modern cars have sun-visors anymore?
Of the rarer Jaguar XJ series, is the XJC 2 door coupe. I was lucky to spot this one recently and it looked to be in pretty good condition, presumably some restoration had been done to this particular vehicle. It was equipped with the standard 4.2 litre in-line 6 cylinder engine… or so the badge said on the back.
The Jaguar XJC was produced between 1975 and 1978 with total production of all XJC series totalling a little over 10,400 vehicles. Of those, only 241 were officially imported in Australia.
