Ford XP Fairmont: A great example of automotive origin of species. In this case the Ford Falcon or the more luxurious Fairmont as caught and shot here. Thankgod someone has saved this car for all to see.
1966 Ford Mustang: What the world needs are more cars like this…This is an imported Mustang direct from the USA. It was landed in Adelaide, but the current owner has brought it home to live in Perth. Original left hand drive and just look how sparse the interior is, but that’s how they were. Engine is a 289ci V8 with 2 barrel carb.
Ford Mustang Convertible: I just love these early model Mustangs…and even more interesting when it’s a convertible when original left hand drive. Giddy up pony.
Austin Healey Sprite: Another classic British sports car from the 1960’s. It’s small!
Morris Mini Cooper S: It’s always great to see an original Mini getting around on the road. Better still when it’s a Cooper S. This green “S’ looks appears recently restored… Outside it looks awesomely neat and tidy though much of interior work has yet to be done. Brilliant!
MBG: A stock MGB parked…Just what the doctor ordered.
Holden EH Premier: Another pleasant shooting… and this time a rare Holden EH Premier. Indeed, cars like this are in the dreams of every Aussie bogan… and dreams do come true for some, it appears. The fat tyres and jacked up back are truly excellent.
Holden HB Torana: The mighty Torana had humble origins and this is how the first series of HB Torana’s looked like. This one is the SL model and had a few extras over the base S model. It’s missing the front and rear bumper bars (probably off being rechromed). The HB Torana’s are similar to the UK Vauxhall Viva’s, with differences in the front grill and headlights.
