Triumph Stag

Triumph Stag: In the 1970’s when the British Empire was on it’s knees and crippled by wide spread industrial strikes, along came the delicious Triumph Stag…which ahh didn’t make much difference but the concept certainly was the right car at the right time.

1929 Triumph Super 7 Imp Vintage Racing Car

1929 Triumph Super 7 Imp Number 28
1929 Triumph Super 7 Imp: Our roving freelance photographers miss nothing! A restored 1929 Triumph Super 7 Imp as driven by Eric Armstrong, a historic racing car number 28.  A few intersting things: The upholstery seems to be on outside of the car, so hopefully the owner doesn’t have a cat. The adjustable front suspension settings are intriguing, Andre, Hartford, but the setting I like the most is Shock. I want to try that setting, please. This Triumph is apparently on display at the Whiteman Park Motor Museum…but today it’s on display here.

All Triumph and Standard Day 2011

The Triumph Car Club of WA held its All Triumph and Standard Day at Stirling Square, Guildford on November 13 2011. Weather was overcast but otherwise pleasant, together with a good turn out of cars and spectators I declare this car show was a success.

Stirling Square, as I’ve mention before is an excellent location for smaller car shows like this, with plenty of easy parking and facilities such as shops and toilets close by.

There was a nice range of cars on display though mostly it was classic Triumphs from the 1960’s and 70’s such as the TR6’s,TR7’s, Heralds along with Stag’s and bread and butter classics such as the 2500TC’s.

On with the show… I present photos from the All Triumph & Standard Day 2011.
